American Tourister offers various luggage styles with TSA-approved locks designed within them. Our instructions make setup fast and easy. Because we believe the only thing standing between you and adventure should be your destination—not a tricky lock.

Collection Lock Can Be Found On

When your suitcase arrives, your American Tourister lock is preset to 0-0-0. To unlock your suitcase, slide the TSA lock for the zippers to release.

To reset your combination, follow the below steps,

  1. Locate the pin hole next to the dial. With the zippers in place, gently press the pin hole with a pen or pencil until you hear a click.
  2. Set the dial to the desired combination (ex. 100).
  3. Set the combination by firmly sliding the TSA Lock with zippers in place.

To test your new combination,

  1. Snap the zippers back into the lock.
  2. Mix up the combination and try unlocking your suitcase.
  3. Your new combination is now set. To unlock your suitcase, turn the dials back to your chosen combination (ex. 100) then slide the TSA lock to release.

To reset your combination, follow the below steps,

  1. Locate the pin below the dial on the righthand side. With the zippers in place, gently press the pin hole with a pen or pencil until you hear a click.
  2. Set the dial to the desired combination (ex. 100).
  3. Set the combination by pressing onto the sides of the lock to release the zippers.

To test your new combination,

  1. Snap the zippers back into the lock.
  2. Mix up the combination and try unlocking your suitcase.
  3. Your new combination is now set. To unlock your suitcase, turn the dials back to your chosen combination (ex. 100) then push the sides of the lock to release the zippers.

To reset your combination, follow the below steps,

  1. Locate the pin hole next to the dial. With the zippers in place, gently press the pin hole with a pen or pencil until you hear a click.
  2. Set the dial to the desired combination (ex. 100).
  3. Set the combination by firmly pressing the button on the right hand side of the TSA Lock this causing the zippers to release.

To test your new combination,

  1. Snap the zippers back into the lock.
  2. Mix up the combination and try unlocking your suitcase.
  3. Your new combination is now set. To unlock your suitcase, turn the dials back to your chosen combination (ex. 100) then press the button on the right hand side of the TSA lock to release.

Styles Lock Can Be Found On

When your suitcase arrives, your American Tourister lock is preset to 0-0-0. To unlock your suitcase, slide the TSA lock away from the dial for the zippers to release.

To reset your combination, follow the below steps,

  1. Hold the lock while you set the dial to the desired combination (ex. 100).
  2. Release the lock and snap zipper back into place.

To test your new combination,

  1. Mix up the combination and try unlocking your suitcase.
  2. Your new combination is now set. To unlock your suitcase, turn the dials back to your chosen combination (ex. 100) then press the button on the right hand side of the TSA lock to release.
